摘    要:根据优化设计方法,建立了城轨车辆底架设备布置重心控制二次规划数学模型,针对武汉轨道交通4号线车辆设备布置问题进行了优化分析。研究表明,在综合考虑车辆限界、布线布管、设备干涉等因素的前提下,优化设计后车辆轴重轮重偏差显著减小。将优化方法用于车辆底架设备布置工程设计中,有助于提高设计质量与效率。

Abstract:Quadratic programming mathematical model of barycentre control of underframe equipment placement for mass transit vehicles is established,according to the optimal design method.Underframe equipment placement of Wuhan Metro Line 4 vehicle is analyzed with this optimization method.The study shows that deviation of axle load and wheel load is significantly reduced after optimization,considering the premise of the vehicle gauge,cabling,piping and equipment interference factors.Optimization method for the underframe equipment placement in the engineering design will improve the design quality and efficiency.
