哈尔滨松花江大桥挂篮预压试验研究

摘    要:哈尔滨松花江大桥结构形式为预应力混凝土变截面连续梁桥,采用挂篮悬臂浇注施工。为测试施工挂篮的强度、稳定性以及随荷载大小的变形规律,确保挂篮施工的可靠性,对施工挂篮进行了预压试验。试验结果验证了挂篮的各项性能,得到了挂篮变形规律,为主梁立模标高的确定提供了参考数据。

Researches on the Prepressing Text of the Hanging Basket on Harbin Songhua River Bridge
Abstract:The structural style of the Songhua River Bridge is pre - stressed concrete variable continuous girder bridge and the bridge was constructed through the method of pouring by standing in a hanging basket. To test the strength, stability and the deformation rule of variable loading of the hanging basket, and to make sure the safety and reliability of the hanging basket, prepressing test of the hanging box was carried out. Various performances of the hanging basket have been tested and the deformation rule has been obtained, which offers reference data to the elevation of main girder formwork.
