摘    要:为了解董家口拟建港口的气象、海浪、潮汐情况,方便船舶安全进出及系泊,根据董家口拟建港址海区设立了临时风、海浪、潮汐观测站,按要求进行一年的波浪、潮汐观测,并与临近的国家海洋局小麦岛海洋站、日照海洋站做相关分析.利用调和分析计算当地的理论最低潮面.当地理论最低潮面的确定,直接影响着某个港区码头前沿高程和停泊水域底标高设计的确定,以及航道设计底高程和设计水深的确定,影响港口码头船舶靠离泊安全和船舶进出港的通航安全;同时,也是港口码头和航道设计及建设活动中控制投资的基础.其高低潮面的确定,直接影响着港口及航道项目投资及运营的经济效益,其意义十分重大.

Abstract:To understand Dongjiakou mouth planned port address weather, waves, tides, convenient pass in and out of safety of ship and mooring. According to Dongjiakou mouth planned port address area set up tem- porary wind, wave, tidal observatory, a year in accordance with requirements of waves, tidal observations, and the nearby wheat island ocean station, state oceanic administration sun ocean station to do correlation analysis. Harmonic analysis is used to calculate the local theory of the low water level.
