| 摘 要： | 污水处理厂BOT项目涉及投资、建造、运营、移交等诸多过程，牵涉面广，存在较大的风险。此文提出建筑商应建立一套污水处理厂BOT项目的全面风险管理模式，对不同阶段的风险进行预估和分析，并对最重要的风险制定风险回应措施，对建筑商投资、建造、运营污水处理厂有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

| Abstract: | A sewage treatment plant BOT project involves several processes of investment,build,operation,transfer,etc.which covers a wide range with major risks.This article submits a set of all-round risk management modes of sewage treatment plant BOT projects planned by the constructor,and makes an a pre-assessment and analysis of the risks in different phases with countermeasures being worked out against vital risks,which is of certain reference and guidance to the sewage treatment plant to be funded,built and operated by the constructor. |
