摘    要:该文以设计盾构机综合模拟试验为背景,为完成对模拟试验台内土体加载,设计了组合式液压加载系统及其监控系统并对其测试。测试证明:组合式液压加载系统为试验土体进行加载,实现模拟不同埋深下的试验。进行分区控制和检测,减少复杂程度降低成本。采用软件进行检测,系统状态和数据实时显示,提高系统操作性和安全性。

Abstract:Taking the design of integral simulating test of shield machine as the background and in order to complete the loading of the soil body in the simulating test bed,the article designs the combined hydraulic loading system and its monitoring system,and tests it.The test proves that the combined hydraulic loading system loads the test soil body so as to realize the tests under the stimulating different embedding depths.It is to implement the areal control and inspection,and to decrease the complex level and to reduce the cost.The software is used for inspection and real-time display of system status and data to enhance the system operation and safety.
