| 摘 要： | 现行的公路预备费采用统一的计费标准,未考虑工程复杂和项目特征等因素,计费方法不合理。文中在对公路工程风险分析的基础上,提出两种调整预备费计列方案。一种是在原有基础上增加建筑安装工程风险预备费,并给出该预备费的计费模型;另一种是调整预备费的计费基数,不计研究试验费、专项评估费。

| Abstract: | The existing reserve cost of highways unified billing standard, it doesn＇t consider the engineering complex and project characteristics and other factors, billing method is not reasonable. Based on the risk analysis of highway engineerings, this paper submits two adjusting programs for the reserve cost. One is increasing the construction and installation works on the existing basis risk contingency, and the contingency billing models; the other is adjusting contingency charging base, excluding research and testing fees, special assessment fee. |
