摘    要:铁路移动站台的板面防滑耐磨问题,已成为严重制约重型履带装备快速装卸载的关键技术难点。分析了当前站台板面防滑条技术存在的主要问题,提出了站台板面防滑耐磨技术五个方面的改进措施:改进防滑耐磨结构设计;改进防滑条技术;改用防滑耐磨涂层技术;将防滑条技术与涂层技术相结合;选用复合固定防滑耐磨橡胶层技术。以期为解决铁路移动站台板面的防滑耐磨问题开阔思路。

Abstract:The anti-skid and abrasion-resistant problems of the movable railway platform deck have already become a key techni- cal difficulty that restricts the rapid loading and unloading of the heavy-duty tracked equipment. The main current technical problems of the movable railway platform deck in anti-skid and abrasion-resistant performance are analyzed in the paper, with five technical measures put forward to improve the the anti-skid and abrasion-resistant performance of the future platform deck, which include the following:improving the anti-skid and abrasion-resistant structural design, improving the design of the anti- skid belts, using the new anti-skid and abrasion-resistant coating technique instead of the old one, combining the technique of an- ti-skid and abrasion-resistant belts with the anti-skid and abrasion-resistant coating technique, and using the technique of the composite fixed anti-skid and abrasion-resistant rubber layer. It is hoped that the paper may help widen the horizon of engineers in solving the problems in the anti-skid and abrasion-resistant performance of the movable railway platform decks.
