新型低碳合金钢管在现浇梁中的应用

摘    要:简要阐述了低碳合金钢钢管支架特性,以李其村特大桥现浇箱梁为例,主要介绍用低碳合金钢钢管支架进行30m箱梁现浇支架的设计与计算,并与普通钢管支架对比,得出:低碳合金钢钢管支架既可保证施工安全,加快施工进度;同时大量节约了钢管的使用量,降低了工程成本,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The characteristics of the low-carbon alloy steel tube scaffold are briefly dealt with in the paper. With the cast-in-place box girders of the mega bridge at Liqi Village as a practical example, the design and calculations of the low-carbon alloy steel tube scaffolds for the 30-m cast-in-place box girders are introduced. Compared with the ordinary steel tube scaffolds, the low- carbon alloy steel tube scaffolds can not only ensure the safety of construction,accelerate construction, save much of the scaffold to he used,but also lower the costs of the projects,thus having great potential of wide application.
