重型汽车噪声源识别及其控制研究

摘    要:利用声强法和声全息法各自的优点,对重型车车外噪声源进行综合识别,得到其主要的噪声源及其主要的噪声频段。在进行车外噪声控制过程中,选用优化的吸隔声结构能够降低噪声2.5dB(A)以上,降噪方案对发动机、整车的其他性能影响在允许范围之内,且噪声控制成本少于整车的0.4%。

Abstract:Taking the respective advantage of sound intensity and sound holography methods,the sources of exterior noise of a heavy-duty truck are comprehensively identified,with the main noise sources and noise frequency ranges obtained.Then various noise control schemes are analyzed,among which the use of optimized sound absorption and insulation structure can reduce the noise by more than 2.5 dB(A)with the adverse effects on the performances of the engine and other systems of the truck within the permitted range and the cost of noise control less than 0.4% of the total cost of the truck.
