内燃机车柴油机气缸套热变形有限元分析

摘    要:根据温度场边界条件经验公式,利用有限元法,对内燃机车柴油机气缸套进行了三维温度场热分析,并将热分析结果用于结构分析.研究结果表明:气缸套的工作温度最高达1 073 K,缸套内壁径向的最大变形量为1.8mm,均出现在缸套内壁面的上部区域.

Abstract:Based on the boundary conditions formula obtained by the measured temperature data,the three dimension temperature field of the cylinder liner and the thermal deformation under the thermal analyzing results are given with the FEA method.The result shows that the working temperature of cylinder liner can be high up to 107.3K,and the most radial deformation is 1.8 mm,both of which appears on the upper part of the cylinder liner`s inner surface.
