摘    要:以广西玉柴最新开发的YC4108Q柴油机机体为研究对象。通过试验模态分析,获得了机体的基本振型和相关频率;以试验数据为依据,结合三维CAD软件UG和大型结构分析软件MSS.NASTRAN的优势,通过应用不同的单元划分网格进行比较,建立了机体的三维有限元动态计算模型;利用已建模型,对机体结构进行了分析并得到改进方案。

Abstract:In this paper, a cylinder block of YC4108Q diesel engine is studied. By experimental modal analysis,the mode shapes and natural frequency of the cylinder block are obtained.Then based on the test data, and using 3-D CAD software UG and structure analysis software MSC. NASTRAN, a 3-D FEA dynamic model of cylinder block is built and analyzed. Finally, the best improvement scheme for the structure of cylinder block is obtained based on the analysis results.
