| 摘 要： | 本文结合疲劳寿命试验的过程对东风ＥＱ－１４０汽车变速器故障进行了振动试验研究，利用时域波形分析，频谱分析，细化谱，解调，谐波幅值分析等信号处理方法提取了断齿，轴向窜动，轮齿磨损，滚动轴承疲劳剥落和点蚀等典型故障特征，并进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a vibration experimental investigation on EQ-140 truck gearbox fault detection through fatigue test. Using various signal processing methods such as time domain waveform analysis, general and zoomed frequency spectrum analysis, demodulation analysis, harmonic amplitude analysis etc, the features of some typical failures including broken tooth, shaft axial shock, tooth wearing and fatigue pitting of ball bearing are extracted and analyzed. |
