自卸车举升机构三角臂轻量化设计研究

摘    要:应用虚拟样机技术和拓扑优化技术,对自卸车举升机构三角臂进行了轻量化设计和可制造化设计研究,建立了基于整车的参数化仿真分析模型和15个工况点的拓扑优化设计模型,使得结构重量明显降低,提高了企业的经济效益。

Design and Study of Triangle Arm Lightweight in Lift Mechanism of Dump Truck

Abstract:By the application of VPT and topological optimization, the lightweight design and the manufacturing method of the lift mechanism and triangle arm of dump truck are studied in the paper, and the parametric simulation model and the topological optimization model on the 15 load cases are established on the base of the complete truck. The results show that the weight of the truck is decreased apparently, as a result of which profit of the enterprise will be improved.
