自风湿性心脏病患者血液及骨髓中分离类星形念珠菌报告

本文报道一例临床诊断为风湿性心脏病的患者,7次自其血液,1次自其骨髓中分离出两株菌落形态不同的念珠菌,一株具有类星形念珠菌样菌落,另一株菌落不典型。经鉴定两株均为类星形念珠菌(Candida stellatoidea)。对家兔、豚鼠及小鼠作动物接种试验,证明两株均有较弱的致病力。这在国内外为首例报道。本实验结果表明类星形念珠菌像白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌等一样,可作为风湿性心脏病的继发感染菌,引起念珠菌性心内膜炎。临床上应予注意,必要时应采血作真菌学检验,以便作出正确诊断,进行合理治疗。

THE FIRST REPORT ABOUT CANDIDA STELLATOIDEA STRAINS ISOLATED FROM A PATIENT WITH RHEUMATIC HEART DISEASE

This paper reports two strains of Candida stellatoidea isolated from a patient with rheumatic endocarditis——seven times from the patient's blood and once from his bone marrow. This is the first case that has ever reported so far. The two strains of C. stellatoidea are different in their forms of colony. One is typical in the form of C. stellatoidea colony and the other in an atypical form of colony. Identification was made and the result showed that both are C. stellatoidea strains. Animal inoculation to rabbits and mice showed that both of them were mild pathogenic. All the above indicates that under certain condition the C. stellatoidea strain, as an secondary infector, may cause endocarditis. Therefore attention should bepaid clinically.
