温福铁路八仙仑双线隧道无砟轨道施工技术

摘    要:通过研究国内外无砟轨道施工经验和相关技术资料,结合中国客运专线线路具体情况,对目前我国无砟轨道施工工艺和物流问题进行了研究,确定了温福铁路无砟轨道成套施工装备,提出具有可操作性的保证轨道精度和合理物流组织的方案。轨道精调结果、施工调整工效和铺轨后的复测精度验证了所提出的“轨道组合排架法”在时速200~250km的客专无砟轨道施工中具有较大的推广价值。

Abstract:With the research of the construction experience and relevant technical materials of ballastless track home and abroad,and in light of the construction conditions of passenger dedicated line in china,this paper studies the construction techniques and logistics of current ballastless track in our country,then chooses the whole set of construction equipment and puts forward the plan of operatability that can guarantee the orbit accuracy and reasonable logistic organization in Wenfu-railway ballastless track.The precise result of track regulation,the work efficiency after the construction adjustment and the re-measurement precision after track laying all have confirmed that it is of special value to promote the technology of "track combination bent" in the construction of the PDL ballastless track within the speed of 200~250 km/h.
