| 摘 要： | 本文应用日本光电公司所产RGA-5型阻抗血流图仪对102名健康人进行了心阻抗微分图的检测,得出以下正常值:SV为106.14±28.58毫升;CO为6.63±1.65升/分;CI为4.10±1.06升/分/米~2;TPR为1076.80±323.76达因·秒·厘米~(-5);PEPI为133.38±8.53毫秒;LVETI为404.39±16.76亳秒;Q—S_2I为538.23±20.95毫秒;PEP/LVET为0.3616±0.0344;Q—Z为156.20±12.80毫秒;HI为25.01±7.13;ZO为28.51±3.40欧姆。并对以上各值在不同性别、年龄组间的变化进行了分析。

Measurement of Impedance Cardiogram in 102 Normal Subjects |

| Abstract: | The measurement of impedance cardiogram was made in 102 normal sudjects(50 males and 52 females). Results were as follows:The stoke volume, the cardiac output and the cardiac index were 106.14±28.58ml, 6.63±1.65L/min and 4.10±1.06L/min/m~2 respectively. The total peripheral resistance was 1076.80±323.76dyne.sec.cm~(-5). The pre-ejection time index was 133.38±8.83ms, the left ventricular ejection time index 404.39±16.76 ms, the total electromechanical systolic time index (Q-S_2I)538.23±20.95ms the per-ejection period/left ventricular ejection time 0.3616±0.0344, the Q-Z interval 156.20±12.8ms and Heather index 25.01±7.15. The transthoracic electrical impedance(Z_(?)) was 18.51±3.40 ohm. The changes of all above values were analysed in different sex and age groups. |
