摘    要:研究目的:针对京津城际客运专线10 kV电力电缆供电系统,利用ATP-EMTP建立仿真模型,计算线路电压升高、线路容性无功电流补偿及功率因数,合、分闸空载线路和投切电抗器时产生的操作过电压及电抗器涌流,以及单相接地和三相短路工况过电压、短路电流和故障清除转移过电压。研究结果:线路末端电压升高不超过1%,各种过电压均低于设备耐受水平,过电流均未超出设备承受能力,线路电抗器可明显改善线路容性无功电流分布,不会发生谐振。供电系统的稳态运行和暂态过程满足工程要求。

Abstract:Research purposes:This paper establishes the model of Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway project's 10kV cable-line supplying power system using ATP-EMTP,and calculates the increased line voltage,capacitive reactive current compensation and power factor on different steady-state conditions,the overvoltage of the system and inrush current of the reactor at many transient states(include of switching and dividing no-load line and the reactor under different conditions),the overvoltage and short-circuit current during the processes of single-phase and three-phase faults just happening and then being eliminated. Research results:Line voltage increased by the capacitance has not exceeded 1% on any conditions.The severest overvoltage and overcurrent are within the withstanding level of the power equipments.The reactors can obviously compensate capacitive reactive current of the line.And the system has not appeared resonance. The steady-state characters and transient-state processes of the supplying power system both satisfy the project's demands.
