Solution to the Grinding Quality Problems of Buderus Combination Grinding Machine

The unstable situation of gear processing quality remained for a period of time after the use of Buderus combination grinding machine. To solve the problems, the checking and adjustment have been made on the main shaft accuracy, the jig, the installation of grind wheel, and the balance, the truing and cooling of the grinding machine. Besides, the grinding parameters of the inner hole and cone face are improved. As result, the roundness of cone face and cylindricity of inner hole have become stable and fallen within the tolerance range.
