| 摘 要： | 基于泊位共享的停车需求预测可以降低新城区开发建设成本,提高泊位利用效率,可实现土地、空间资源的节约利用。以停车生成率法为基础,探讨了基于泊位共享的停车需求预测方法,并考虑共享泊位效用的折减量。同时,提出采用类比法对现有停车配建指标按照规划目标进行调整的方法。结合长沙市洋湖垸片区规划案例进行分析,应用泊位共享的停车需求预测模型,得到总部经济区共享停车模式的泊位需求为31064泊位,比常规停车需求预测方法得到的泊位需求降低了11.5%,减少建筑面积约12.5万m2。
