| 摘 要： | 科研事业单位财务管理过程中存在管理制度不健全、管理方法落后、监督不力等问题。随着社会经济的发展,需要对科研事业单位的财务管理模式进行分析研究,建立符合财务管理具体要求的管理制度、监督体系、预算流程,才能保证资金得到充分利用,从根本上提高科研事业单位财务水平,通过转变财务管理模式,可以促进财务管理各项工作步入一个新的台阶。

| Abstract: | There exists some Financial management problem in research institutions, such as defective process management system, dated management methods, and ineffective supervision and so on. With the social and economic development, it is necessary to analyze the financial management in research institutions and establish the specific requirements for financial management, management system, monitoring system and the budget process, ensuring research funds are fully utilized and fundamentally improve the scientific financial management level by changing financial management pattern to improve financial management into a new level. |
