摘    要:研究矿用汽车轮边减速器中太阳轮、行星轮和齿圈局部故障振动信号的频潜结构,对于轮边减速器故障诊断具有重要意义。文中模拟了太阳轮、行星轮和齿圈局部故障振动信号,利用盲分离算法将含噪声的混合信号分离,从信号分离结果来看,达到了预期效果,并应用频谱分析方法分别诊断出了太阳轮、行星轮和齿圈局部故障。为矿用汽车轮边减速器故障诊断提供了行之有效的方法。

Abstract:The study of the spectral characteristics of the fault vibration signals of the sun and planet wheels and the ring gears of the wheel reducer of the automobile used for mines is of great importance in the fault diagnosis of the wheel reducer. Simula- ted in the paper are the local fault vibration signals of the sun and planet wheels and the ring gears, with the mixed signals sepa- rated by means of the blind signal separation(BSS) algorithm. The results show that the expected effects are achieved. And the local damage of the sun, planet wheels and ring gears in a wheel reducer is detected and located through the spectral analysis. The method is proved effective in the fault diagnosis of the wheel reducer of the automobile used for mines.
