社会转型时期我国群众文化建设和发展的困境及其对策

＂群众文化＂是一个外延十分模糊而内涵却又非常丰富的概念,对其缺乏足够的重视,直接导致其作用的充分发挥。随着十八大报告的精神深入人心,建设中国特色社会主义文化成为学界的共识,＂群众文化＂也成为目前理论界的重点和热点之一。通过对＂群众文化＂的历史性、民族性和实践性的三大特点来对其进行理论上的梳理,在一定程度上可以更好地促进我国文化软实力的快速提升和推动中国特色社会主义文化建设的顺利进行。

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Chinese Masses Culture Development During Social Transformation

As a vague and rich concept, Mass Culture is not given sufficient attention. Thus its role is not put into full play. With the Report to the18th NCCPC spreads, the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics has become the consensus in academic circles. Mass culture, one of the focus, has become the hot spot of current theories.This paper, teases the mass culture in terms of history, nationality and practical theory, which helps promote China＇s cultural soft power and the rapid development of the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
