Cultivation of Divergent Thinking in Microeconomics Teaching

Creative thinking and ability is the first basic element that talents should have in the 21st century. And divergentthinking is an important form, the basis and core of creative thinking. Microeconomics is a subject in whichthe optimal allocation of scarce resources can be realized by using different methods and thinking and throughmulti-dimensional analysis of all microeconomic fields. To learn it well needs students＇ divergent thinking ability.This paper introduces the development of students＇ divergent thinking in the teaching of Microeconomics in order tobroaden students＇ horizons , thinking and perspectives.
