| 摘 要： | 在深入研究铁路工程造价控制核心的基础上，结合我国现阶段的实际情况，分析在铁路工程设计阶段引入价值工程的必要性，并设计了在铁路工程设计阶段开展价值工程的具体流程。最后，以某客运专线在某地设站为例，进一步验证了应用价值工程的必要性。

| Abstract: | Based on deeply researching the core of railway project cost control and combined with the actual situation of china,the necessary of using value engineering in railway engineering design is analyzed.Moreover,the specific flow of developing value engineering is designed.Finally,an example of fixing on the railway station of passengers-dedicated line is taken to validate the rationality and feasibility of the theoretics and method. |
