雀石蕊多糖的研究

摘    要:雀石蕊经三氯甲烷抽提除去色素,用热水提取,乙醇沉淀,经重结晶微晶纤维素柱层析纯化,得CLS多糖。经SephadexG-150层析为均一性多糖,糖的含量为81.2%。气相色谱检测由鼠李糖(Rha)、阿拉伯糖(Ara)、木糖(Xyl)、甘露糖(Man)、葡萄糖(Glc)和半乳糖(Gal)组成,摩尔比为1∶0.71∶0.45∶4.68∶9.94∶3.64,平均分子量为1.3×106。经高碘酸氧化,Smith降解主要由1→2和1→6甙键连结而成的杂多糖。红外光谱分析具有多糖的特征吸收。

Abstract:CLS Polysacchride was isolated andpurified from water extract of Cladonia stellaris(Opiz.) Pouzar et Vezda Syn.: Cladonia stellaris(L. ) Raoh. by Sephadex G-150 column chromatogrophy, CLS was to be single substances. Sugar content was 81. 2%. By gas chromatogrophy analysis, CLS was composed of Rha, Ara, Xyl, Man,Clc and Gal. Their molar ratio was about 1: 0. 71:0. 45: 4. 68: 9. 94: 3. 64. The mean molecularweight was estimated to be 1. 3 ×106. Periodate oxidation and Smith degradation were shown to be themain chainis composed of 1→2 and 1→6 linkage.The IR showed the characteristic absorption ofpolysaccharide.
