面电流传感器定标的影响因素分析

摘    要:金属壳体面电流测试的关键技术之一是面电流传感器定标,而紧密效应、邻近效应等干扰因素将破坏面电流的分布,影响其定标的准确度。介绍了紧密效应和邻近效应的试验装置及试验方法,通过大量试验数据分析了紧密效应和邻近效应对面电流传感器定标的影响,并提出了相应的抑制措施,从而减小了面电流传感器定标装置的不确定度。

Analysis of factors affecting surface current sensor scaling

Abstract:Sensor scaling is one of the key techniques for measuring surface current on metal shell. Those interfering factors such as striction effect, proximity effect and so on, will change surface current distribution and cause scaling accuracy to decline. This paper presents the device to measure striction effect and proximity effect, and the test method. With the test data, the influences of those effects on surface current sensor scaling were analyzed and the corresponding solution to suppress them ,which will reduce scaling uncretainty were provided.
