TLA改性沥青BLSMA—16混合料配合比设计及路用性能研究

摘    要:根据特立尼达湖沥青的性能,并结合广西的气候和交通特点,对33%TLA改性沥青及其混合料BLSMA-16的配合比和路用性能进行了试验研究。首先在矿料级配设计过程中,采用贝雷设计方法对BLSMA—16的矿质混合料进行优化设计,确定出了满足各项技术要求的矿料级配和最佳油石比。然后据此矿料级配和最佳油石比,拌制33%TLA改性沥青混合料和5%SBS改性沥青混合料,对比两种混合料的路用性能,进一步验证了33%TLA改性沥青混合料BLSMA—16的优良路用性能和33%TLA掺量的合理性,为广西地区将TLA改性沥青应用于路面工程提供了技术支持。

Mix Ratio and Pavement Performance Study on TLA Modified Asphalt Mixture of BLSMA-16

Abstract:According to TLA performance,combined with the climate and traffic characteristics of Guangxi,on 33% TLA and asphalt mixture BLSMA-16 mix ratio and pavement and pavement performance were studied.First,in the mineral mixture gradation design process,using Bailey method to optimize the BLSMA-16 mineral mixture design,determine the gradation and best Whetstone ratio to meet the technical requirements.And accordingly the mineral mixture gradation and best Whetstone ratio,mixing 33% TLA modified asphalt and 5% SBS modified asphalt mixture,comparing the two mixture of pavement performance,further validation of the 33% TLA change asphalt mixture BLSMA-16's excellent pavement performance and 33% TLA dosage is reasonable.for the Guangxi region will used the TLA modified asphalt in pavement engineering to provide technical support.
