RCS土壤固化剂加固土的试验研究

摘    要:利用RCS土壤固化剂对宁乡两种典型土质进行了固化试验研究,研究结果表明,掺人0.015%的RCS固化剂后,试件最大干密度变大,最佳含水率的变化不明显;CBR值和7d无侧限抗压强度增大;同时,掺加一定量的水泥可以明显提高RCS固化土的水稳定性和抗压强度,可取得良好的效果。试验结果表明这种固化剂具有较强的实用价值和应用前景。

Abstract:The two kinds of soil in Ningxiang Solidified by RCS Soil Stabilizer is studied, the results show that if adding 0.015 % mixing ratio of the Stabilizer in the soil, then the maximum dry density becomes larger, the Optimum water content does not change significantly. The value of CBR and 7 d unconfined compression strength increases. Adding quantitative cement can improves the water stability and compressive strength of the solidified soil at the same time. The test results showed that the RCS soil stahilizer has good performance with practical value and application prospect.
