| 摘 要： | 针对当代大学生心理存在的不良反应和适应障碍等问题,揭示了大学生产生心理障碍的特点。根据大学生求助心理咨询呈现的几个特征,从大学新生自身主观因素和学校、家庭、社会等客观因素两个方面,分析了大学生为人处世和个人调节能力的心理成因。因此,做好大学生的心理健康指导,需要多方面的共同努力,才能使大学生的心理迈入健康的轨道。
