| 摘 要： | 通过对螺旋输料搅拌机理的分析,提出了一套用于沥青混凝土摊铺机纵向输料的半封闭式螺旋输料装置。该装置通过螺旋叶片的旋转,能够使混合料在输送过程中得到充分搅拌,且输料槽底部带有加热装置保持混合料的温度,可有效提高施工质量。该装置在摊铺机上的运用,为摊铺机输料系统的设计提供了新的思路。 |

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on mixing principle of screw conveyor of asphalt paver,a type of semi-closed screw conveyor was presented for longitudinal material conveying.The spiralling of vanes makes sure that the mixture can be fully mixed;the heating device at the bottom of transporting slot maintains the temperature of mixture and helps improve the construction quality.The screw conveyor has been applied to asphalt pavers and provides a new thought for the design of conveyor. |
