摘    要:以TLG450T门式结构轮轨式提梁机为研究对象,利用大型通用有限元程序ANSYS,建立了整机有限元模型,选取三种不利工况进行结构强度和刚度分析,得到提梁机结构的应力分布和挠度,为结构安全性评价提供理论依据,并为类似结构的设计研究提供参考。

Abstract:Taking TLG450T girder hoisting machine as a research object,a finite element model of the whole machine was established by the general finite element software ANSYS.Structural strength and stiffness of the machine were analyzed under three unfavorable conditions,and the stress distribution and deflection were achieved, providing the theoretical foundation for structural safety assessment,and it could be referred by similar engineering.
