摘    要:通过对技术、经济、环保、工期诸因素的综合评价,论证旧混凝土路面实施碎石化的必要性和可行性;取路段实测的全部弯沉值为样本,计算旧混凝土路面碎石化后的弯沉代表值,参照贝克曼梁测定路基路面回弹模量试验方法计算综合回弹模量,以优化路面结构设计;用观测侧面裂缝的走向与大小,判定不同层位碎块的粒径大小,以替代破坏性较大的挖坑检验方法;通过调整多锤头破碎机的工作参数,取得理想的碎块粒径,在消除旧混凝土面板刚性的同时,充分利用了原位碎石化碎块间的嵌挤力,使再生路面结构达到柔性、高强的目的。
