水泥土搅拌桩力学特性室内试验研究

摘    要:以福州江阴港铁路支线软土地基处理工程为依托,通过正交设计方法系统地进行室内试验研究,得到了水泥掺量、水泥土养护龄期和水泥土养护围压这三个因素与水泥土单轴抗压强度和弹性模量的关系。将各因素显著性指标与显著性临界值F0.01、F0.05和F0.1进行比较可知,水泥掺量和水泥土养护龄期对水泥土的抗压强度和弹性模量均有显著的影响,而水泥土养护围压的影响则不显著。

Indoor Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Cement-soil Mixing Pile

Abstract:Based on the soft ground improvement in Jiangyin railway project in Fuzhou, the indoor experiments are conducted systematically by orthogonal design method for the purpose of study, through which the relation between three factors, including the cement content, curing age and confining pressure of the cement-soil, and the uniaxial compression strength and Young's modulus could be obtained. As a result of the comparison between the significance evaluation indices of each factors and the critical value, F0.01, F0.05 and F0. 10 thereof, we know that the cement content and the curing age influence the uniaxial compression strength and Young' s modulus of cement-soil significantly, whereas the effect of the confining pressure is little.
