聚丙烯腈纤维在旧路加铺混凝土面层工程中的应用

聚丙烯腈纤维是一种新型的混凝土添加剂,能提高混凝土的抗弯拉性能、抗冲击性能、抗疲劳强度,而且可显著改善混凝土抗裂性,聚丙烯腈纤维是混凝土理想的阻裂、增强与增韧材料。该文通过汕头市华山路、杏花路旧路加铺混凝土面层工程实践的情况,介绍了聚丙烯腈纤维在旧混凝土路面上加铺混凝土面层工程的应用及聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土路面的优异性能,提出了在旧混凝土路面上加铺聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土,能有效地改善路面性能,效果良好。

Polyacrylonitrile fiber is a new concrete additive, which can enhance the concrete anti-bending-tensile performance, anti-shock performance and anti-fatigue strength, and can obviously improve the concrete anti-crack performance. Polyacrylonitrile fiber is the perfect crack-resistant, reinforcing and toughening materials of the concrete. Through the conditions of the old road repaving concrete surface course engineering practices of Huashan Road and Xinhua Lu, the article introduces the application of polyacrylonitrile fiber in old road repaving concrete surface course works and the excellent performance of polyacrylonitrile fiber concrete pavement, and puts forward that polyacrylonitrile fiber concrete to be repaved on the old concrete pavement can efficiently improve the pavement performance. The result is good.
