摘    要:从改善我国架承式驱动装置的机车横向动力学性能的目的出发,采用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立某机车的动力学模型,比较了不同线路等级、运行速度和一系横向刚度下,刚性架承式和弹性架承式机车横向平稳性能,发现采用弹性架承式可以显著降低横向轮轨力,改善机车的横向性能和电机工作条件,减小机车对线路和参数变化的敏感性;同时还比较了不同一系纵向刚度下,刚性架承式和弹性架承式驱动装置的机车稳定性,说明采用弹性架承式驱动装置可以提高机车的稳定性。

Abstract:A kinetic locomotive model is built with software SIMPACK to improve the lateral kinetic performance of locomotive with bogie-mounted motor. The lateral stabilities are compared for the locomotive with driving equipments rigid and flexible suspended in bogie frames running on different lines, at different speeds and with different primary lateral stiffness. It is found out that with bogie-mounted motor, the lateral wheel rail force could be dramatically reduced, and that the lateral locomotive performances and motor working conditions are greatly improved. The sensibility of locomotive against lines and parameter changes is also improved. The stableness of locomotive with driving equipments rigid and suspends in bogie frames locomotives is compared with different primary longitudinal stiffness. Finally concluded is that with driving equipments flexible in bogie frames the locomotive stableness could be improved.
