船舶机舱机械通风的计算与气流组织分析

摘    要:通过某型油轮机舱通风所需通风量的计算和机舱气流组织的仿真分析,指出,船舶机舱的通风效果不仅与通风量有关,而且也和机舱内合理的气流组织有关.通风量计算以为基础,在计算出通风量的基础上进行了风机的选型;气流组织分析是通过CFD软件Airpak为工具的,合理的气流组织可以改善机舱内局部通风的环境,从而使得如集油盘、污油井等易于产生油气聚集的区域在气流的冲击下,油气的聚集浓度降低,提高了机舱的安全性.分析结果表明,利用Airpak进行气流组织分析也有利于优化风管的尺寸、排风栅的面积和进风栅的高度设计.
