中小跨径梁桥沥青混凝土铺装层最小厚度研究

摘    要:针对内蒙古地区的气候特征,建立适宜温度场导入的有限元实体模型,分析了沥青混凝土铺装层模量和厚度变化对铺装层受力的影响规律。结果表明:铺装上下层模量比分别取1400/1800、1600/1800、1600/1600时,铺装层的各项控制指标可取较小值,得出沥青混凝土铺装层合理最小厚度宜为9cm;通过分析不同防水粘结层厚度、不同防水粘结层模量下沥青混凝土桥面铺装层间工作状态,确定防水粘结层的厚度宜取5mm,模量取100~200MPa。

Abstract:A suitable temperature field to import solid model is established according to the climatic characteristics of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and it makes an analysis on the effect of changes of pavement modulus and thickness on pavement force. The result shows that various control indexes of the pavement can have smaller values on condition that the modulus ratio of the upper and lower layer of the pavement is respectively 1400/1800, 1600/1800, and 1600/1600. And the proper smallest thickness of the asphalt concrete pavement is 9cm. Through analyzing the working condition of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement under the different waterproof bonding layer thickness and different waterproof bonding layer modulus, it can be sure that the thickness of waterproof and cohesive layer can be taken at 5mm and the modulus can be taken at 100~200MPa.
