含微量瓦斯公路隧道施工管控技术分析

摘    要:以铜陵市五松隧道为例,对仅在开挖瞬间有微量瓦斯逸出的公路隧道施工管控技术进行了探讨。通过采取流程管控、一炮三测、断电避险、加强通风等技术手段,既确保了施工安全,又能避免简单按瓦斯隧道规程执行带来的设备、材料浪费。研究成果可供相关部门制定公路瓦斯隧道施工技术规程时参考。

Abstract:Taking the Wusong Tunnel in Tongling for instance, this paper explores the control technology during the construction of highway tunnel in which a trace of gas escapes only at the first moment of excavation. With technical methods such as one blasting with three measurements, power outage hedge, enhanced ventilation and strict process control, the construction safety can be ensured, and the equipment and material waste caused by simply abiding by gas tunnel standard can be avoided. Related conclusions are available for the reference of establishing highway gas tunnel technical regulations.
