厚度超过20cm的水泥稳定砂砾基层施工技术及质量控制

摘    要:随着当前大能量压路机的发展,国内对厚度超过20cm的水泥稳定砂砾基层的施工已经总结了不少经验,施工技术比较成熟。但该类型基层在新疆的公路施工中仍然比较少见。鉴于此,以G217线布尔津—克拉玛依(白碱滩)公路改建工程第五合同段为例,详细论述20cm以上水泥稳定砂砾基层的施工技术及质量控制要点,以期为新疆地区同类型工程项目提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:Along with the development of large energy roller at present, the construction of cement stabilized gravel base thicker than 20cm at domestic has summed up a lot of experience and its construction technology is mature. But this kind of gravel base is relatively rare in highway construction in Xinjiang Region. Given this, taking No.5 Contract Section of Buerjin to Karamay (Baijiantan) Highway which belongs to National Highway G217 as an example, it discusses the construction technology and quality control of cement stabilized gravel base thicker than 20cm in detail, in hope of providing reference for similar projects in Xinjiang Region.
