提速列车橡塑导便筒的新设计

针对目前铁路普通客运列车使用的下导便筒存在的诸多不足,进行了技术上的改进,发明和设计了一种适用于100~200 km/h的高速、准高速列车使用的、用橡塑材料一次注射成型的下导便筒。新设计结构独特,列车运行时能自动产生下旋力,排污通畅;排污能反向自锁,排污不积累;并具有减振措施,列车高速运行时抖动轻,从而工作寿命长。本设计的优越性已通过实验和实践得到充分证明。本项技术获得中国国家专利。

A New Design for the Drainpipe Used in High or Quasi-high Speed Train's Toilet

Traditional drainpipe used in the high or quasi-high speed train's toilet has many disadvantages.This paper proposed a new design for the drainpipe used in the high or quasi-high train at the speed of 100 to 200 kilometre per hour.The new drainpipe is made from rubber-plastic composite or plastic material and processed by means of injection moldling.The structure of new design is especially,when the train runs,it can auto produre lower revolve power,exclude dirty and connect smooth,the new design exclude dirty can be reverse self-locking,exclude dirty connot accumulate.The new design has decrease shake step when the train under the higher speed runs,it can be lower the twitter,there it can be prolonged the work-life.The advantage of the design has been passed the test and practice and has bcen reccived sufficiency prove,the technology has been obtained nationality patent of China.
