维拉帕米与ATP终止室上性心动过速的临床电生理对比观察

摘    要:用维拉帕米和ATP终止24例室上性心动过速,比较两药的有效性、电生理效应和副作用。结果显示:虽然两药主要作用于房室结,但两药复律方式、电生理效应有差异;终止室上性心动过速两药疗效相似(P>0.05),ATP复律快(P<0.05)而维拉帕米复律过程平稳且复律后心律失常发生率低(P<0.05)。

Abstract:The efficacy, electrophysiologic effects, and side effects of ATP and verapamil in theshort-term management of SVT were compared in 24 patients. The results showed that there were many differences in electrophysiologic mechanism between ATP and verapamil in the shoat-term management of SVT although the termination of SVT by ATP and verapamil was related to a block in the atrioventricular (AV) node in most of the patients. The overall efficacy of ATP was not significantly greater than that of verapamtl in the termination of SVT (P>0.05); however, ATP terminated SVT more quickly than verapamil (P<0.05). The total incidence of transient AV nede block and various cardiac supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias was higher after termination of SVT by ATP than verapamil (P<0.05).
