| 摘 要： | 对16例宫内节育器(IUD)嵌顿进行了分析。结果以哺乳期置器为最多,占62.5％,其次为人流后,占25％,由此发现其发生与置器时间有明显的关系。并对其发生原因进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper, 16 cases of embedded IUDS were analyzed. The results showed that the cause of embedment was significantly related to the time of IUD inserting. The highest incidence of the disease was 62.5% in the period of breast-feeding and next was 25% in the period after indued abortion. The possible reason may be concerned withthat in the period of breast-feeding, because the u-terine cavity wall is relatively thin, it is easy to injure and the IUD is relatively bigger as well. It is useful to diagnose by using B ultrasonic X-ray and hysteroscopy. The management has also been discussed in the paper. |
