车身骨架焊接缺陷分析

摘    要:客车车身骨架中大量使用了矩形钢管和薄钢板,在生产中一般使用CO2气体保护焊进行焊接。但由于受各种不利因素的影响,在焊接车身骨架时,常常出现变形、未焊透、气孔及焊缝加厚高过大等焊接缺陷,针对这些情况,文中逐一进行了详细分析,探讨了焊接质量的改进措施,可进一步提高客车车身骨架生产水平。

Abstract:The CO2 gas shield welding is used in the production due to a great deal of rectangle steel pipes and sheet steels are employed in the bus body frame. But because of being affected by various disadvantageous factors, welding defect such as distortion, no full welding, blowhole and higher thickness of weld bead are often appeared. Aimed at these problems, the detail analysis is carried out and quality improvement of welding is discussed in the paper in order to further increase the production level of body frame.
