杭州庆春路人行天桥事故倒塌分析

杭州市庆春路秋涛路口人行天桥发生垮塌事故,研究表明,桥梁倒塌是由于超高车辆直接横向撞击天桥,造成天桥滑移坠落。通过对现场取证调查,获取现场倒塌视频后,逐帧分析,对每一帧的画面进行慢放解读,将倒塌过程进行归纳并分成了几个小阶段,并根据破坏过程对事故发生的原因进行初步推断,然后基于现场碰撞痕迹对事故进行倒塌还原分析,以此验证初步推断的准确性。两者对照后提出了事故的具体原因并对于此类事故提出了一些建议。

Analysis on the Collapse of the Pedestrian Bridge in Qingchun Road of Hanghzou

A bridge collapse has occurred at Qiutao intersection of Qingchun Road,Hangzhou city,Zhejiang Province.After study,it shows that the accident is directly caused due to over-high vehicle dash against the pedestrian bridge which leading to collapse of the pedestrian bridge.After investigations of the videos,the cause of the accident is presumed based on the dash process,and the collapse analysis is performed based on the on-site collision traces to verify the accuracy of the preliminary inference.After comparisons,the specific causes of the accident are proposed and some suggestions are made for such accidents.
