摘    要:随着世界能源短缺,国际环保组织对环境保护的要求越来越严格.为满足节能减排法规的要求,开展了柴油机智能电控技术及优化研究.首先,分析了智能柴油机的电控技术,调整共轨压力,将反馈值形成map图谱,在map图谱中标定喷油时间,实现喷油正时.在优化电控技术时,正确设计电控技术的连接方向,形成调节电路.在调节电路中,设计了控制电磁阀来控制线圈周围的电压,完成了电子控制技术的优化.实验结果表明,与传统电控技术相比,优化后的电控技术喷油量小,更适合于柴油机的控制.

Abstract:with the shortage of energy in the world,the international environmental protection organizations have more and more strict requirements on environmental protection.In order to meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction laws and regulations,the research on intelligent electronic control technology and optimization of diesel engine is carried out.Firstly,the electronic control technology of the intelligent diesel engine is analyzed,the common rail pressure is adjusted,the feedback value is formed into a map,the injection time is calibrated in the map,and the injection timing is realized.When optimizing the electronic control technology,the connection direction of the electronic control technology should be designed correctly to form the regulating circuit.In the regulating circuit,the control solenoid valve is designed to control the voltage around the coil,and the electronic control technology is optimized.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional electronic control technology,the optimized electronic control technology is more suitable for the control of diesel engine.
