摘    要:为改善水泥基复合材料性能,减少氧化石墨烯(GO)在水泥水化环境中聚沉,采用改进的Hummer法制备GO,并加入聚羧酸减水剂(PC)掺配水泥砂浆,使GO更好地分散在水泥基复合材料中。通过强度试验、冻融循环试验和压汞法试验研究不同掺量GO对水泥复合材料性能的影响,结果表明:1)0.03%掺量的GO可使水泥砂浆28 d抗折、抗压强度分别提升28.5%和21.2%;2)0.03%为掺量的GO可使水泥砂浆在冻融循环中强度损失率最小;3)GO能够改善水泥基复合材料孔径分布。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of cement-based composite materials and reduce the aggregation of graphene oxide(GO)in the cement hydration environment,GO was prepared by the improved Hummer method and the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent(PC)was added to blend the cement mortar to help GO dispersed in cement-based composite materials.According to strength test,freeze-thaw cycle test,mercury injection test,performance of cement mortar mixed with different amounts of GO was studied.The results show that 0.03% of GO can increase the bending and compressive strength of 28d cement mortar by 28.5% and 21.2%;GO with 0.03% content can make the strength loss ratio of cement mortar the least in freeze-thaw cycle;GO can improve the pore size distribution of cement-based composites.
