基于监测的中小跨径钢箱梁箱内涂层腐蚀可能性研究

摘    要:为研究中小跨径钢箱梁桥内部涂层锈蚀问题,依托实体工程,采用监测技术对中小跨径钢箱梁箱内环境特点展开了研究,基于监测结果对箱内涂层腐蚀可能性进行了定量分析。结果表明:箱内部由于空气流动性差,箱内温度长时间高于箱外,降温时内表面容易有冷凝水附着,且附着时长约为箱外的100倍,易诱发涂层基底钢材腐蚀,对箱内涂层耐久性不利。建议管养单位在管养过程中应重视箱内部养护维修工作,相关除湿工作尽量安排在秋冬季节。

Abstract:In order to investigate the corrosion of coating inside small-and-medium-span steel box girders(SSBG),the characteristics of interior environment of SSBG bridge were investigated in this paper by monitoring technology,and a quantative analysis of corrosion possibility of the interior coating was performed based on the monitoring results.The results show that the temperature inside SSBG is higher than that outside because of poor mobility,which leads to serious condensation on the inner surface of steel girder especially in winter,the wetting time in the box girder is about 100 times longer than that outside the box girder,thus increasing the possibility of steel corrosion,which is not good for durability of the inner surface of steel girder.It is suggested that maintenance of the interior of steel-girder bridges bridges be taken seriously in the future and dehumidification work be arranged in autumn and winter.
