A Preliminary Exploration of the Safe Management Strategy of LNG Vessels in the Novel Coronavirus Infections-Analysis of the Offshore Oil 301 (LNG)

Affected by the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),all professions and trades proceeds slowly.Cornavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infeded People in Japan's“Diamond Princess”cruise ship,some cargo ships and the United States aircraft carrier.As a special vessel dedicated to the transportation and filling of liquefied natural gas(a ship with a high added value),the safe operation and management of LNG during the outbreak of infectious diseases requires comprehensive consideration and exploration.We guide ships to establish a plan to control the new coronavirus,including on-board isolation plan,a guide for the ship crew to set up an epidemic prevention and control working group—the captain as the team leader,the head of the ship as the team member—to improve the epidemic prevention and control work system,and supervise all personnel on board to implement various prevention and control measures.
