公路路基灾后抢通及保通技术研究

摘    要:自然灾害发生后,公路工程抢通保通是抢险救援工作的关键瓶颈。通过系统调查汶川地震、芦山地震、九寨沟地震极重灾区的所有高速公路、国省干线及部分典型震害的县乡道路,获取了公路路基震害及次生地质灾害类型及特征,提出了公路路基应急调查和评估方法,建立了公路灾害评价分级标准,以通行能力受损程度划分为A轻微、B中度、C严重、D损毁四级,并规定各单项指标中最差的评定等级来确定综合安全等级。按公路抢通阶段“快速、可通”、保通阶段“通而不断”的目标,分别给出了有效快速抢通保通灾损路基段的工程技术措施。

Abstract:After the occurrence of natural disasters,the emergent transport recovery and traffic maintaining of highway is the key bottleneck for emergency rescue work.By investigating all the expressway,national and provincial trunk highways as well as some typical rural roads in the severely affected areas during the Wenchuan,Lushan and Jiuzhaigou earthquakes,the type and characteristics of geological disasters about highway subgrade are acquired,the emergency investigation and assessment method of highway subgrade are proposed,the classification criteria for highway disaster assessment is established.The degree of impairment of transport capability is divided into Level A-slight,B-moderate,C-severe,D-disaster,and the worst rating of each individual indicator is specified to determine the overall level of safety.According to the target of"rapid,accessible"in the stage of emergent transport recovery and"undisrupted traffic"in the stage of keeping road open-to-traffic,the emergent transport recovery and maintaining technologies of highway subgrade are provided.
