山区超高索塔主索鞍吊装施工关键技术

摘    要:赤水河红军大桥为主跨1200 m悬索桥,主索鞍由2个半鞍体组成,单件重40.6 t,须安装在243.5 m高的塔顶主索鞍室内。为解决山区超高索塔主索鞍吊装难度大、风险高的难题,主索鞍采用“塔顶门架+卷扬机+行走小车”的方式吊装。实施前,采用Midas/Civil有限元软件对索塔门架进行仿真分析,并进行荷载试验,以确保门架结构稳定安全。实际施工表明,门架结构性能满足施工要求,吊装方法和施工措施合理,主索鞍安装质量满足设计和规范要求。

Abstract:Chishui River Red Army Bridge is a suspended bridge with 1200 m main span.The main cable saddles is made up of two semi-saddles,with the one-semi-saddle weight of 40.6 t should be installed in the main saddle chamber at the top of a 243.5 m-high tower.In order to solve the difficulty and high risk of hoisting the main cable saddle for the super high tower in mountain area,the main cable saddle was installed by means of“portal frame on pylon top+windlass+walking trolley”.Before implementation,the portal frame was simulation-aided analyzed with FEA software Midas/Civil,and loading test was also conducted,in order to make the portal frame stabilized and safe.The actual field practice has shown that the portal frame can meet the practical requirements,and this hoisting method and construction measures are very reasonable,the installation quality of main cable saddle meets the design and specification requirements.
